About the Play
Two humiliations… The most recent at a Sweet Sixteen birthday party and one long ago involving the purchase of Funk & Wagnalls encyclopedias.
Marrying both of these moments with humor and heart, Joseph Passe, a teacher on his very last day before retirement, seeks to make one final, stirring defense of decency in his classroom.
