Wedding/Reception Weekend Package
Includes exclusive use of the hall all weekend starting Friday at 12 noon through Sunday - 4:30 pm. This will allow you the opportunity to set up on Friday, have your event on Saturday, and return Sunday for clean up and reset of the hall. If you prefer to not book the package wekend, and only want Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday, then the price would be $650.00 for Friday or Sunday, plus $1,200 for Saturday.
A $200.00 refundable deposit is required for all events, except weddings/wedding receptions $200 per day, or $600 for weekend rental.
Discounted non-profit group rates do apply but not during the peak months of June, July, August, September & October.

Capacities are approximate, depending on overall set up. There must be a 5 ft wide center aisle with theater seating. There must be a 3 ft allowance from all walls.
If the you would like to utilize the existing sound, lighting and audio visual equipment, you would need to contact, arrange and pay the independent tencnical contractor directly to insure all equipment is compatiabe with your technical devices, and to insure all is in working order for your event.
All alcoholic beverages will be supplied by Cellar 152 upon request. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the building, as it is against the law. However, non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
You are responsible for the set up of tables and chairs appropriate for the event as a set up crew is not available. After the event is concluded, you are responsible for the clean up and reset of the hall, including the bathrooms, entrance, and trash removal. The hall must be reset to the "as found" condition prior to the event, unless another option is advised by the Event Coordinator. Otherwise the refundable deposit is forfeited.
There is not a kitchen available at the hall. Any licensed caterer may be utilized or food may be brought in. A kitchen may be created by renting a food truck or by renting a tent and tables for a "makeshift" kitchen on the outside of the hall. Many caterers have worked with this concept and it's a common practice at other venues.
In order to reserve the hall, the following is required: signed contract, refundable deposit and half the total of event rental price.
Linens and chair covers may be ordered from an outside source.
