Includes exclusive use of the Hall starting noon Friday through 4 pm Sunday, and covers the fee for professional cleaning after the event. This will allow you the opportunity to set up on Friday, have your event on Saturday, and return Sunday for clean up and reset of the Hall.
A $200.00 refundable deposit is required for all events.
We offer discounted rates to non-profit groups who are able to commit to a minimum of 4 meeting dates within a calendar year. Please inquire for details.

Capacities are approximate, depending on overall set up. There must be a 5 ft. wide center aisle when chairs are set up for theater seating. There must be a 3 ft. allowance from all walls.
All alcoholic beverages will be supplied by Cellar 152 upon request. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the building. Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
You are responsible for the set up of tables and chairs appropriate for the event as a set up crew is not available. After the conclusion of the event, you are responsible for the reset of the Hall to "broom clean" condition, including bathrooms, entrance, and trash removal. The Hall must be reset to the "as found" condition prior to the event, unless another option is advised by the Events Director. Otherwise the refundable deposit may be forfeited.
There is no kitchen available at the Hall. Any licensed caterer may be used, or food may be brought in. A kitchen may be created by renting a food truck or by renting a tent and tables for a "makeshift" kitchen outside of the hall as space on the lot permits. Many caterers have worked with this concept which is a common practice at other venues.
In order to reserve the Hall, the following is required: signed contract, refundable deposit, and 50% of the total rental fee.
Linens and chair covers may be ordered from an outside source.
HERTHA has the following approximate number of tables and chairs on site that you are welcome to use at no additional charge (included in the event rental price):
- Padded (matching) banquet chairs: 150
- 8 ft rectagular tables: 21
- 6 ft round tables: 8
