Cellar 152 is the only entity licensed and approved to serve alcohol at the Hall, and should be contracted separately by the renter if desired. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the building. Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
You are responsible for the set up of tables and chairs for the event as a set up crew is not available. After the conclusion of the event, you are responsible for the reset of the Hall to "broom clean" condition, including bathrooms, entrance, and trash removal.
The Hall does not have a kitchen. Renter may bring in their own food or use any licensed caterer. A makeshift kitchen may be created by renting a food truck or by renting a tent and tables as space on the lot allows.
Linens and chair covers may be ordered from an outside source.
HERTHA has tables and chairs on site that renters are welcome to use at no additional charge:
- Padded matching banquet chairs: 140
- 8 ft x 30 in rectangular tables: 20 (seats 8)
- 5 ft round tables: 8 (seats 6)
